The window
The Self-Cut System: 30 days from purchase. Booked & Known: 14 days. The Go-To Method: 7 days, unconditional. Not from when you first opened it — from when you paid.
What qualifies
Anything. You watched it and it was not for you. You bought it and never opened it. You decided to keep going to a barber. You do not have to give a reason and you will not be asked for one.
How to request one
Email help@lynup.co from the email address you bought with. Say you want a refund. That is the whole process — there is no form, no phone call and no retention offer.
How long it takes
The refund is issued within one business day of your email. Your bank then takes its own time to post it, usually 5 to 10 business days.
Where the money goes
Back to the original payment method. That is the only place it can go.
What you keep
The bonuses are yours either way — the checklist, the tool guide and the maintenance guide on the Self-Cut System, and the Hook Vault on The Go-To Method. Access to the video modules ends when the refund is issued.
After the window
The refund window has closed, but the inbox has not. If something is wrong, email anyway.
Digital goods and EU withdrawal
These are digital products delivered instantly. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it applies on top of this policy — it never replaces it, and the guarantee above is longer than the statutory minimum in every case.
